TEMPEST and other commercial EMC/EMI testing

Using a 5.4m x 7.6m dual screened room CRL operates a fully accredited TEMPEST test facility which is able to detect and classify radiation from equipment and measure the effect of external radiation on that equipment. This site is one of only a handful operated privately and the only TEMPEST test facility north of Sydney, NSW. The company uses this capability to ensure that its products do not radiate compromising or interfering signals or react/fail in the presence of other equipment/signals. This capability is also used, in tandem with government, for investigation into the security aspects of new and emerging technology. This facility, backed by CRLs expertise in designing and manufacturing TEMPEST compliant equipment, is available for the testing and resolution of TEMPEST issues associated with third party equipment for both government and industry.
